EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Return
Customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been worn, washed, or altered, or returned without original packaging or tags.
Customers Outside the EU — No Right of Return
Customers located outside of the European Union — including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland — have no statutory right of withdrawal or return. All sales to customers outside the EU are final.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
